no you are not alone. I dont have it myself at this moment..but just a little tip try posting that question in other boards too (if thats allowed) because here where I am located in NY, USA conversion disorder can be caused by many mental disorder symptoms being converted into physical problems. for example when I am depressed or going through my depression phase with my bipolar I end up with many physical problems too that my treatment providers call conversion disorder type symptoms.

also you might want to try and place in the post what kinds of problems conversion disorder gives you, other countries call this disorder by other names such as a member in the dissociative boards let us all know their conversion symptoms that match with the USA conversion disorder are called dissociative motor disorder in the UK.

so take your time and let people know what you are looking for. theres bound to be someone that can relate to you / your symptoms.
