Yes, life can suck. What might you do to make your life better? Each day is a new opportunity. You have a choice. You may continue to do what is not working; or, you might try something different.

Each of us must correct the perception we are helpless. Doing so requires courage, and doing. The change brought about by doing begets confidence you are not helpless. The doing also begets discipline and perseverance.

Choose to change. Choose to do something you can succeed at to overcome the malaise you find yourself in.
