Hi, Angel. I'm truly sorry you feel that way, but our feelings often lie to us, especially when we're depressed. Something I learned while in therapy and often remind others of is that
"Feelings are NOT facts." I'll try to find the paragraph or article that I've posted before.
As far as the responses you get here; there are very few "obligatory" responses. The proof I find is that someone will make a post when they are distressed and they'll get reads! Oh, yeah! There will be something in the neighborhood of 15-20 reads and NO responses! It's a pet peeve of mine, but we need to stop and think that those who have read just may be in the same place emotionally and just can't muster something positive to say. Sometimes a post can trigger others and it's best if nothing is said. But it sure doesn't mean that no one cares. It's simply not true on this site. The people here are all in varying degrees of comfort and DIScomfort but we all understand what others are going through and on a whole, we're all a pretty caring bunch.
