firstly, good luck for your first day at your new job.

theres a few things you mentioned which id like to comment on, if thats ok...

you are nervous because its a new venture, yea, the jobs almost the same...but it is new to you considering you havent been at work for 11 months. i find it hard to go back to work after 2 weeks, let alone 11 months!! its change and sometimes change scares us. its entirely natural and its a positive thing.

the trouble with our health is that we dont know what its going to do. you cannot predict what it will do, so theres no point trying. just live life as best you can and deal with the problems IF and WHEN they occur. if you worry all the time and are stressing, this will put your body under more stress which might make you worse, it might trigger an "ill-stage". please, have confidence in yourself, you are doing great and you have survived so much so i am sure your body will handle it.

i think its definately a good thing that you went for this other job, above all else it will boost your confidence if you get it, and it will give you choices. and then these choices will then make you happier because you will know what you want more. and if you dont get it, well you still have a job to carry on with, so you havent lost anything have you? and perhaps, moving to a small town might prove beneficial to you, it will give you the opportunity to start a fresh and meet some more fantastic people, new friends etc. who knows whats waiting around the corner.

im afraid i have to disagree with you on that point you made about worrying now to get it out the way. i disagree on the basis that you cant worry about something that hasnt happened yet, you dont know what your worrying about, so you have to deal with it when it happens. do you see what i mean?

i think ive said all i need to say hehe. once again, good luck on your new job and let me know how it goes. you'll be in my thoughts. oh and let me know the news on your new job too, whether you get it or not.

speak soon.
