Alright, quick run down:
~My medical diagnoses are: Diabetes Type II, Acid Reflux, PCOS, Hypothyroidism, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Eczema, Asthma, Morphia, IBS, and some other stuff that isn't really significant enough to come to mind right now.
~~As of my last Blood Draw (on January 2nd, 2013), I was told that my TSH level (related to thyroid function) wasn't really "high", but was "creeping". My protein was low; my White cell count was elevated. Also, my cholesterol levels were high, as was my A1c level (which keeps elevating because of the PCOS causing increased insulin resistance). I was put on prevestatin and Junuvia for the latter two issues. They did no further investigating into the white cell count or protein levels. Now, the issues I am experiencing now were present a few weeks before I even started these new meds (been on meds for a week or two; problems have been around since mid-December).
~For the past year or so, I have been dealing with nausea that used to be worse in the morning, but happens at other times too (but it comes and goes in streaks). It may or may not be linked to starting a medication for my ADD.
~For the past two months, my nausea has been getting increasingly worse. I barely eat meals (maybe one a day, if I eat very small amounts). I literally have no appetite; I have lost a total of 70 pounds in the past 14 months, and have lost another 15 since the November of 2012. In the past 3-4 weeks or so, I have been getting short episodes of crippling stomach pain (usually lasting no more than an hour, and not directly linked with eating or not eating).
~Well, tonight I went out on a limb and ordered takeout Chinese food. I got steamed chicken and broccoli with brown sauce- not anything different than normal. I ate that much, but couldn't bring myself to touch the rice that came with it or the soup I ordered. I went to my room and putzed around on the computer.... and then the pain got worse. Now, I hadn't eaten anything else all day, except for some dry toast early this morning. I couldn't tell if the pain I felt was from being hungry
(as in "pangs of hunger") or from something else; so when my mom offered me a scoop of ice cream, I thought it was safe to eat a little. WRONG. 100% FALSE!!!! (Actually, whenever I have had stomach issues linked with the Acid Reflux, dairy makes me feel better- ever since I was little. I thought it might help here, but it actually kind of ruled out the idea of acid reflux in this situation.)

Oh my GOD, I just can't stand it!!! It hurts so bad! The pain usually starts in my upper center of my stomach (a few inches below my bra line) and works it's way through me to my upper back.
~*Well, today, the pain did that and then some; it also traveled to my lower back and then spread it's way through my sides and is now just KILLING me. I can feel it all throughout my entire stomach, back and sides (as in, right above my hips and next to my belly button). I just plain don't know what to make of it; I don't want to freak the hell out for no reason and go prancing into the doctor. I also don't want to deal with the possibility of a serious issue. I am in such immense pain right now (well, correction; it still hurts, but it's waning a little.)
Any advice on how to deal with this? Any suggestions for tests or lab work I should request??? Should I be getting urgent care, or can it wait a while?
