I live on my own and been doing it for years.I budget carefully and make installments with electricity/gas and so on.That way I try to have money for shopping each week.

I really want to rent with others but Ocd makes it difficult to share a premises.I dont want to pay other people's expenses,thats the next problem.Finding an ideal person to rent with isnt a simple process.

Here are a few things about renting here.You need a good rental history.You have to prove you have lived in a property,looked after it,paid your rent on time and you're not a problem.

I know a lot of people who dont have the rental history so they miss out on taking on a rental property.I have lived in various properties long term.Thats about 6-8 years for each place.Thats a good rental history.I've looked after each property and try to do the right thing.
