It is hard. I've not even made it 6 months (which you should congratulate yourself for accomplishing, that's no easy feat) but I know its hard work!

Don't worry about disappointing anyone else but yourself. I know that's hard in itself, but its hard enough having to deal with feeling disappointed in yourself without considering everyone else!
