I know a lot of people who dont have the rental history so they miss out on taking on a rental property.I have lived in various properties long term.Thats about 6-8 years for each place.Thats a good rental history.I've looked after each property and try to do the right thing.

He is correct I can say from a landlords standpoint. Also, people haggle with me all the time on the price of the rent. So, try to haggle and we have let tenants pay the security deposit in installments when we trusted them. It's hard because I have cleaned up a TON of garbage left by some people. So, any letter you could get from a past landlord helps.
