Hydration is
the most important one of all ~ our bodies are completely dependent on water, so be sure that you're drinking a good amount of water
every day. Some Gatorade here and there would be good, to get necessary salt.
From staying properly hydrated, try to push yourself to eat fruits, veggies, whole grains, dairy, and lean protein. Nibble on crackers (low in sodium) with tuna on top. Maybe an apple or pear with a couple of small cuts of cheese. Steamed vegetables are a big favorite of mine ~ doesn't need any butter or cheese to make it tasty, imo. Hard-boiled eggs, chicken breast tenders, pork chops, navy-bean and ham soup, good lean proteins. Yogurt and cottage cheese are up there as well, dairy and protein in one!
I hope that I've given you some helpful ideas ~ and haven't just bored you!

Drink lots of water though!! Your body will do just fine without food for a couple of days. The hydration is a daily necessity.
