Something I have found helpful regarding OCD is a little mind trickery...
You do something that didn't feel quite right for example.. wearing a shirt that bothers you.. well wear something else that bothers you. It cancels it out. LOL.
I have done this with smaller things, those tiny little things that bug you. Oh they are annoying. Or tell yourself something will happen IF you do the compulsion. More mind trickery..
Anybody ever done similar?
