Mine is purely from living on my own and not having any social visitors.I'm here all day everyday.I only see my practitioner,the 2 guys who help me out with my shopping,etc and anyone one making deliveries here.

I spend too much time online and not enough time socialising with people.I need to find an online place to find friends who I can spend time with.Thats a good idea for a new topic to post.
