Have you tried Disability Rights in your state? It is a legal advocacy agency that might take your case or could tell you where to get help. You can google Disability Rights_____(your state) or Disability Rights Advocates and search for the numbers from their site. They will not be able to tell you over the phone if they can help, they will take some information and then a intake specialist will call to set up an interview to see if your case fits their parameters for their goals. If it does they will accept the case. If not they will give you all the information they can to help. I know it sounds mountainous, but it is a federal organization, so they have to follow a lot of rules even when they would rather not.
