I know you said that you have checked out all the websites, and I don't doubt you at all. But I saw this and was wondering if you saw it also?

There's no year, but it says it's annual, so I wonder if they'll do one again this up coming summer? I think i saw that you were in NJ, so NYC wouldn't be that far away, depending on where in NJ you are.
