Here's an update.I've been trying other web browsers.Some just arent good.
These are the ones I'm trying as of today:
GreenBrowser.Its working so far.Very similar to IE9 with the buttons.Plenty of options compared to comodo dragon.
And,comodo dragon.I'ver been using that here.Lacks colour and variety of buttons but it works here on this forum.

Other favourites:
IE9
FlashPeak SlimBrowser.
Avant was good.
