I am not saying don't listen to a dr. if you believe them (which I never do - but I realize others find them useful), but I also think fear of eggs has gotten out of hand, health experts do not agree, and it makes money for the manufacturers of replacement foods. I would think it better (and even possibly cheaper) to separate eggs yourself and eat the whites and throw away or do something else with the yolks. When my partner went on an egg white thing, I gave the yolks to the dogs or used them in cooking or in making a face mask and so forth. My cats would not really eat them much - sometimes they licked at them and then walked away and mewed at me for something else. I shall have to try mixing them in better with something else the cats like.
