When I get angry and frustrated, super anxious, I tend to lose my appetite. Even when I feel (or may be hungry. I cant tell), the thought of eating is virtually impossible. I have spoken with my MD and T about it and they were quite understanding and kind about it. No judgment. They totally "got" it. What they did encourage me to do in the meantime is to drink Boost and/or High Protein Ensures ... at least I would get some impt nutrients and wasnt depriving myself totally. They arent the best tasting drinks in the world, but I add ice to make them extra cold. Or even put them in the blender with ice to make a frosty.
I really do understand what you are writing about. Try to drink the little shakes until you feel ok enough to eat something more substantial (for me, when I am feeling this way, the thought of kust chewing is horrible

so food/food is the last thing on my to do list).
And try to drink as much water as you can. Another impt thing is to stay hydrated. Those electrolyte, sports drinks (low suger are helpful,as well)
