i've been crocheting since i was very little. i have at least 15 years of experience and i'm only 23 in April i mostly did hats when i first started, but in more recent years (after having kids) i taught myself how to read patterns and have made a ton of stuff since. i've even written my own patterns.

i'm hoping to be able to set up a charity group soon, through my church.

if you have a Ravelry account, add me! i'm JazzyJaimz i'm online just about every day. i'm working on getting some patterns published online right now.

it really hit me last year, that crocheting for me was the best thing. i used to draw a lot, and then i found that my talent plateaued. but with crochet, there are so many things you can do...you can even imitate knitting! i can look at something that i like and i can make it, and it's real and tangible and it's there in my hands, not sitting on a piece of paper. it's like a 3D printer, only it's not as expensive or as fast but it makes me feel like i'm worth something. i love it.
Thanks for this!
