Welcome to PC. I'm sorry you're feeling so depressed, and the weather doesn't help. I also can not afford therapy but have found help on this site. Have you tried reading positive affirmations? I read one every morning from an app on my iphone and it helps. Also, if you could get out and volunteer even if it's just once a month. It helped me get out of my head.
