Just realized I made no sense at all Lol

My therapy is supposed to be ending and my CPN was meant to be at a meeting with myself and my T last week but she called my T at the last minute to cancel, I asked my CPN if she could talk with my T to extend my sessions until my longer term therapy comes through, My T can't discharge me at all until we have this meeting and she hears from my CPN, It is all a mess, I can't see my T either until she hears from my CPN (god this is annoying and confusing) so much for stress free
