lol Well, I confess, it's not my area of expertise, but it sounds to me just like very light BDSM play, which is much more widespread than you'd think. Indeed, even outside of BDSM play, spanking is quite within the realm of "normal," I think. You needn't worry about it...lol you only need to get the all clear from your partner. Communication is key.
