If neither of those options are open to you, I would possibly recommend visiting your school counselor who may be able to help and/or provide resources for you. I do also second the above recommendations of watching what you eat before bedtime as well as what you watch or read if you do those things before bed. While I don't experience night terrors, I do often dream about things I've seen or read just before bed.

I am 14. A kid in most people's eyes. My parents are really there for me. And what I mean but can't pay is, I can feed myself and that's really it.
