First of all what kinds of foods are you eating the most? If it is junk food, like chocolate or candy, or chips anything like that it would be a good idea to try to switch over to something more healthy. If you are craving sweets try to eat more fruits, I know it's not going to satisfy your craving every time, but it is worth a shot. Junk food is ok to eat every once in a while but just not all the time. And really you are not fat! I use to weigh more than that. You can even go for walks, nice long ones, or try Pilates and Yoga.
