I'm currently testing a treatment involving using CBT to stop my sweethunger on top of other anxieties, and i wonder if you try to look at a cake and try to go through the anxiety, is the anxiety suppose to arrise and you keep eating bites of cake everytime the anxiety gets too high, or is there other ways of doing this? i'm already through half the cake, so it's quite an offer to keep doing it. Is it actually the sugar levels talking or is it your mind? can you treat bingeeating by stop and think about what you're doing, and then just wait longer and longer for each time, or are you in need of getting a mindcheck on every time you practice this? like set a number or something? or to find a reason for what you're feeling? what are you suppose to be thinking to avoid keep eating?
appreciate any answers.
