Every time you notice you are feeling upset through out the day write down in a notebook the date time where you are when you felt the least bit uncomfortable and what you are aware of when you become aware and what the last thing you remember right before you dissociated.
By writing things down this way you will be able to locate your patterns and the triggers. Patterns are any situation that repeats for example everytiime you ride a but you get motion sick or panicy is a pattern because it happened more than once.
Triggers are things that make you uncomfortable. to locate the ones that are causing you to dissociate look in your notebook under the question of last thing remembered before dissociating. the trigger will be something in that section.
