Somehow i seem to lose the posts i make.. not sur ehow that happens.. i did one here today asking for any advise I could get but its not here.. so i'll try again...

All I was wondering is does anyone have experience with pain management.. and what meds have been most helpful with the least amount of side effects.

I have severe cmp and fibro. as well as herniated discs and ddd.I am thinking about trying accupressure for the cmp as well as massage. .adn I don't know what else. I have never taken pain ,meds and really don't know what to expect.. but I am going to be seeing a pain management doctor soon.

Any advise is most welcome... thanks guys... ans if you can tell me how my posts get gone,, that would be great too..
