I want to start jogging or zumba or yoga. That might be the new habit, because I will need to breathe and smoking will not help, will it? lol
Bad thing about all this is that I give up too easily and I get depressed always over the winter. Cloudy days make me sad... So, today I woke up a little down and I have the flu, so I'm not really in the mood to cheer myself up. But I still have all these goals in mind and I will start as soon as I can. But I really did a good work over the weekend by smoking much less than I usually do
