1:01 am, Tuesday, and just spotted a 'For Sale' sign on neighbour's lawn, today. ((Sad sighs.)) People move into and out of that house so fast!, and we have had no luck getting GOOD (mature, responsible) neighbours in there, either.

I'm fighting a huge tsunami of dread that hits me when this stuff happens.
Ugh.
