I know how that feels. I use to do the same thing. One thing that my therapist had me do to help make the day easier that she had me read a couple self help books and put them into pracitce. One of the things that you can do when you wake up in the morning is to say to yourself an affirmation like, Today is a new day and I am going to be happy. Concentrate on that affirmation for ten to twenty minutes, just keep repeating it to yourself over and over again. You will find that you will become that statement. You can spend some time each day finding some positive quotes and writing them down in a journal. After a while you will get enough in your journal that when you start feeling low again all you will have to do is just reread what you wrote. Say your affirmation through out the day a few times. Just live your life normal and keep busy. I know it's hard to get use to at first but it really does work. You may feel worse after the first few times but just remember to take care of yourself and do what feels good to you. If you keep at it, it becomes easier with time. *hugs*
