i heard depression is common in schizophrenia though. i dont think someone with schizophrenia would have no mood disorders. but probably psychosis much more often than the other. the depression in schizophrenia seems to come from the circumstances surrounding how their life is. of course its different with each individual.

i have schizophrenia right now. i get either schizoaffective or schizophrenia depending on the doctor. although i wouldnt personally say i have a mood disorder. i can get down sometimes.
