At the DMV. Good god, I forget in between how truly horrible it is to do this. The line is huge, the guy next to me keeps snotting all over his hand. One guy walks in and said that he was not cutting, he just needed to give them a form. He then goes up and it becomes incredibly obvious that he IS in fact cutting and needs to do CDL paperwork AND a test. If you're going to cut, ****ing OWN it.
