Is there a college where you can audit classes? Volunteering is great - maybe in the pediatric ward of a hospital, read "What to expect when you're expecting", A great website for homemade non-toxic, safe cleaning & beauty products is The Dollar Stretcher bc you don't need to be inhaling bleach etc. I have heard pregnancy can make to hard to concentrate on a book though. Have you decorated the nursery?
