You Can Do It!!! I quit a 20 year love affair with Camel Lights. The thigs that helped me is wellbutrin, valium, nicotine gum, exercise, and lots of water. Today the smell of smoke gives me an awful headache, I don't smell like a campfire, I can walk up a flight of stairs, and I don't feel so damn self-conscious. Yes, I gained 20lbs BUT the health benefits of quitting smoking are the same as losing 100 lbs!!! Don't worry about the weight for at least 6 months - if you gain a little. PM me for any tips. Also The CDC Tobacco free website & facebook page have a TON of scary info and videos of former smokers. I highly recommend you check it out asap. Good Luck to all of you
