What I've learned is that the majority of people have problems in one way or another. It may not be obvious but everyone has to go through something that is not fair and really hard. Going around with blinders on really impeads working toward wellness. But, it's also a depression thing. Depression clouds the mind and makes it hard to see things for what they really are.

It does get better. The truth about bipolar is there is always another cycle. You're not alone, we've all been there and a lot of us will probably be there again.
