For self pay the generic is $380 and the brand is $400. I've already researched this. (That was what it was with the high deductable insurance, too.)

When we had the other insurance with co-pays, the brand was a teir 2 of $40 a month, and the generic was not allowed by the insurance plan or it would have been $15 a month. But because the insurance company has a deal with the pharmaceutical company, they don't let you get the generic.... But still, $40 vs. $400 is a big difference.
