My xT did Psychdynamic but he always started with problems of today and then looked back to the past to see what may have caused me to feel that way....
My current T is CBT/eclectic and she approaches it the same way but we work way more on changing the current than grieving the past although she says that is the start... (my xT made it sound like that was all there was)
