I hope you are feeling better now. I have had many 10's. It's rough until my pain meds kick in. I have a starting lineup...Methadone, Ultram, Aleve. and Xanax for the anxiety the pain brings with it.

My pain Doc is pretty understanding about my pain so I feel lucky in that respect. Occassionaly I will have to get joint shots. Owie. BUT they do help with the pain!
