Shatner seems to have become a dream symbol for you. He probably is a hero figure, but you'll have to work that out, what he means to you. The fact you were making out with him means to me that you want some of that hero power to solve problems for yourself, and I say that because I've had similar dreams about David Tennant as Doctor Who. He is my dream hero. The open door with sunshine coming in also sounds like a metaphorical way out to a brighter place, and Shatner is the key.
