Sounds like time for an ice massage! I freeze water into either paper or styrofoam cups. With the paper, I just pop the ice out and hold it with a cloth...with the styrofoam you can peel the sides down...be careful not to allow anything but the ice to touch your skin.... and rub the ice on the painful area, and if you know from where it is resonating... keep the ice moving...it will begin to burn but if you're in level 10, it won't matter... and the numbness that sets in soon after is well worth it!!! I find I receive nearly 20 minutes of relief from level 10 this way.
BEBOP! You are doing too much. I KNOW you have a schedule, and many things you feel you HAVE to do RIGHT NOW ...BUT you must stop and rest and take care of yourself. Pushing, whether for yourself or another's benefit is NOT conducive to quality life.
