((((safe hugs)))) Often when we feel bad and out of sorts but can't put a finger on what is causing it, it's something our mind is experiencing like a memory, but not bringing it into the conscious. Try and figure out what is happening in your life tonight etc that could be reminding you of bad times or events. (Don't try to recall the bad stuff...just situations in general.) (That's if you want to tell your bf that's what's happening...)
OR tell him your mind is unsettled and you need distraction!!!
