There is never NO hope. There is always HOPE. You might feel like you have none, but it's ALWAYS there.

For instance, we're always here and we'll give you hope. By us just being here is hope. Many of us have recovered. And that alone should give you some hope. YOU can recover too!!! Sure, some people take longer to recover than others, but you WILL recover. I will NEVER doubt that.

Therapy might take longer, but just as long as you're going baby steps, it's progress. Some days, we don't seem to make any progress, and then there are days when we make HUGE strides. So that makes up for the "blah" days. LOL
