I have started a journal to record my mood and activities. I have started walking on a treadmill and cycling on a stationary bike. Im trying to work out every day. Its so hard but I am actually starting to feel good. Also for the anxiety, when i get that surge that feels like electrical shocks in my chest and arms, I try to focus on breathing deep and visualize that I am a strong and powerful woman.
I am starting to feel better.
The anxiety still comes but I am able to stop it in its tracks with the visualization. It still hurts though those shocks.
What do you do to stop anxiety in its tracks? What do your therapists suggest?
