For a long time (years), I was not functioning and could barely leave the house, even to go to the store or doc appts. I slept, tried to read, watched nature/weather go by, perhaps watched tv, was on the computer, or played with my dogs. With better meds now and therapy, I have been able to go back to school, still attend counseling and doc appointments (but regularly now), play/go out with the dogs, on the computer still, reading more with attention, but now can interact with friends (but still from a distance). I hope to do more with them in time and be able to return to work this year.
