Things always look better from the outside. Who knows? Maybe people are looking at you and envying the life that you live!
Remember (from DBT) to take things in the moment. If you're feeling down on yourself, what's the right thing to do? Bring in more healthy, positive experiences for yourself to enjoy. Whether it be a good movie, a nice & relaxing bath, taking a small trip, picking up a new enjoyable task will provide some relaxation for you. Try not kick yourself for mistakes made in the past...just pick up where you left off and keep on going. You can do it!
