Good advice on staying out of the past or future, just staying here right now. I hope it remains getting better for you too. Getting back to work will probably be a little hard just go easy. I went back to work in the fall after 7 years off, it was actually harder than I thought it would be. But I am adjusting. Baby steps, be gentle.

Of course your socks were in Mexico haha where eles would they be?? Oh that is funny, dreams are so weird. But sorry you had stress dreams sounds like it. Hopefully that will be the last of that for a while.
