I have a problem with bingeing lately too. I find that going outside for a walk and some sunshine helps my mood. It burns off a few (not many) calories too. Natural sunshine and gentle exercise are great emotional healers for me. If I'm out on a walk, I like to treat myself to an unsweetened iced tea with lemon at Dunkin' Donuts! Another treat is a shopping spree at the local 99 cent store. $5 buys some fun!
