My girlfriend plans on going back to her hometown, 5 hours away from where me and her live now.
We both have GAD, Panic Disorder, and BPD II, so we got alone very well by helping eachother through our issues.
Her brother is having a baby, and that's the sole reason she wants to go back.
I understand the excitement over a niece/nephew, but she would need to get a job, and her brother works, so it's not like she will even be there that often. Especially since she'd be attending college at the same time.

I can't figure out any way whatsoever to convince her to stay. Nothing has even gotten close to working. I know I'll be sent in a suicidal spiral if she leaves and I can't handle that. She's far from ready to live on her own, but she thinks that she's ready...

I've tried everything. Even tried explaining that just knowing that she is only a few minutes away has saved me from so many episodes.
Her response that suicidality would be an issue if she left?
You are backing me into a corner that I'll never get out of."

I need her to stay here, and I know she needs it too but the idea is already stuck in her head. I only have 4 months until she leaves and I have no clue what to do.

Please help me...any input is greatly appreciated
