Okay, so, one of my classes this semester is a yoga class... Today was the first day and all we did was simple stuff.... But it was AMAZING. I was really, really stressed and anxious over my entire work situation and worrying about homework... And all my other usual anxieties, but this really, really helped me relax. Two hours later and I still feel at peace.
If you don't already do it or haven't tried it, I would seriously suggest trying it out. It is a really good way to help with relaxation and calming your mind. I didn't think it would help that much, but I was amazed.
Just thought I would share!
