I know that when I feel that way it's like an autopilot takes over for the day and I get into a panic to get back home. I sure hope that you are doing better than I do about it. I know for me, I need to get into 'work mode', and that takes a lot of practice to do, to turn that on. But when I am successful at doing it, the day goes pretty good.
