You're scared for a reason. Part of you wants to live. Listen to that part of yourself; she's right.
Things will get better.
About a year ago, I was really suicidal too. But now, I'm happy to be alive. I'm glad that I didn't go through with my plans. Your life will improve, and you'll be grateful that you are alive. Just hold on. It takes time and a lot of courage, but living is worth the effort.
