Try pads with organic aloe vera gel (health food quality) or witch hazel on them, lavendar soothes also, if you like the smell.

Funny thing is, because of my OCD, I used to avoid touching my face almost completely. It makes me feel better to get blackheads out, but then my face is all oily, so I need to use OxyPads or something like that, and I hate how they smell, feel (cold and also a little sticky), and I hate the process of wiping them on me, period.
